Frilly Filefish!

Filefish are rather shy animals, they prefer to remain inconspicuous, camouflaged near or between corals or rocks, which they have a very similar colouration with. Also known as Leatherjackets (for reasons beyond my comprehension!) they can make a quick getaway with very little effort! So they have to be approached cautiously when being photographed.
