Suria, 30 Jun 2005: 9pm - 647km2 features Labrador Rocky Shore

Category : tvradio

Thu 30 Jun 2005: Screenbox Production's 647km2 features Labrador rocky shore with Raffles Museum volunteer Airani on Suria, at 9.00pm.

An earlier episode featured the Raffles Museum with Zeehan and had us blink in some amazement when a 'superhero' appeared in the wet colection! It's quite a funny and entertaining show and an episode I caught recently featured the interesting historical aspects of Alexandra Hospital with one of the older staff there.

'In the fifth series of 647km2, the quirky presenters take on the persona of competitive broadcast journalists with all new alter-egos - the superheroes. S. Suhaimi ( Winner of Sungguh Berani!) and S. Khairudin (Winner of Best Journalist) continue to outdo each other on location while stand- in diva broadcast journalist A. Masayu, winner of Most Promising Journalist, continues to make her mark on air whenever given the opportunity.'

Thanks to Julianawarti Jumali for the alert.

I caught the episode and it was funny. They also featured the history of the park and the fort, with the help of Eslindah Ismail, the senior parks manager who is in charge of Labrador and other parks in the area.
