Early last month, Nurhaslinda Ramli and Mohamad Yusoff of National Parks Board spotted a Smooth-coated otter (Lutrogale perspicillata) in the mangroves of Pasir Ris Park, near Sg Tampines. Here's the head shot provided by Yusoff which made my day!
