Fri 27 Jul 2007: 3pm (BTNR VC) - Michael Reid on "Orang Utan Conservation & Disease"

Michael Reid is a PhD. student at the University of Toronto in the Department of Anthropology. He is researching health and disease issues in nonhuman primates and how these issues influence or impact conservation efforts. He is also Co-chair of the Conservation Committee of the American Society of Primatologists.

This Friday (27 July 2007: 3pm), he talks about "Orang Utan Conservation & Disease" - saving the Asian great ape from extinction, at the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve's Visitor Centre.
