Blogging about nature

Category : internet

Some of the dedicated nature blogs have been quite active recently, so much so I have been unable to keep alerting you.

The active blogs include Labrador Park, Pulau Ubin Stories and WildFilms [note the correct URL here].

You can follow the individual links to their blogs or read them all using the Singapore Natural History bloglines public feed or download the subscriptions XML file which you can import into your news aggregator.

You can read about RSS feeds here.

Ambar Briastuti on Pulau Ubin and Sungei Buloh

Category : nature

Ambar Briastuti is a fellow mac-user whose blog, Corbridges is a wonderful testament to the many delights that await discovery if you are patient enough in our nature areas and the help of some experienced nature guides!

Take a look at her photos and comments from a visit to Pulau Ubin (24 Apr 2005 - album and blog post) and Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve (01 May 2005 - album and blog post).

Talk about timely, I used her montage photo as an example in a lecture to participants of the Seashore Life Workshop today.
