Female
Colour can range from light brown to almost black. Classification: Family Araneidae, Orb-Web Spiders.
Habitat: Below the ceiling of dark and poorly maintained huts or toilets.
Female: 7-9 mm.
Male: 4-5 mm.
Distribution:
Cosmopolitan. In Southeast Asia, the spider has been recorded in Thailand and Myanmar. New record for Singapore.
