Egg-sacs are laid on the underside of a leaf and covered in a fluffy mass of yellowish brown silk. Classification: Family Araneidae, Orb-Web Spiders.
Habitat: Common in gardens and wasteland
Female:
5-9 mm.
Distribution:
Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, Myanmar, Papua New Guinea, Sri Lanka, India.
