Apart from Jumping Spiders in the genus Myrmarachne, Sac Spiders in the genera Castianeira and Apochinomma also imitate ants, either as a protective measure to ward off potential predators or a disguise to allow the spider to move among ants and attack them.

Some Castianeira spiders do not live among foliage, but are active runners on the ground.
