Forehead steeply sloping and humped, rear lobes of dorsal and anal fins rounded and
of rather equal size to tail fin, body dark or reddish brown with dark mottles. Coastal areas including estuaries, carnivorous, young may be found drifting with sargassum weed. To about 1 m. Often used for human consumption.
